Thank you for shopping with Burma Research. As a small business we personally handle every order with care. We appreciate your patience and your support.
PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental United States after processing. From order to delivery please allow 7-10 business days total.
FREE SHIPPING We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 within the continental United States.
SHIPPING CARRIERS We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at support@burmaresearch.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we will make it right.
